"Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food. " This famous quote from Hippocrates thousands of years ago holds true today. What we eat and drink has so much to do with causing and relieving our medical problems. Not only that, but our diet impacts our energy levels and how we feel!

In my years working as a clinical dietitian, cardiac rehab dietitian, and as of late, a community dietitian. I have counseled many people with a variety of health issues. I have seen a growing number of people who experience some type of GI issue such as reflux, IBS, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. My goal is to have people understand the nature of their condition and create a plan for action. I educate patients and recommend strategies for optimizing their diets to achieve their specific goals.
